    2. Parliament made a promise to victims of phone hacking in 2011. Since then thousands more victims have emerged. Mirror Group's set aside £60m. Sun paying out huge damages to avoid evidence seeing light of day.

    4. As editor behind original revelations, I feel some responsibility to victims re parliament's promise. The TOR should change a bit. Drop the bit about press-police. Include social media & fake news.
