Theresa May is a bad prime minister, beyond dispute.
But David Cameron, risking UK's future on a throw of pitch and toss, and setting up an advisory referendum but politicising it as mandatory, makes him the worst prime minister of all.
For when he lost, all of this followed.

Every day that passes makes David Cameron's recklessness -with both calling the referendum and his political promise that a Leave vote would be implemented as soon as possible - more stark.
Most politically irresponsible acts of any UK politician.
May is a footnote to this.
