@buzz @ginevra I don't have that perception -- the tools don't favor the longer essays I prefer, and I like to own my content on my site.

@ginevra I think there is great "serious" writing on Tumblr. @millsbaker for example. Plus things like Paris Review, W.W. Norton, etc.
