@NokiaHelps The updates also fail from the phone. swilog.txt says "Internet radio : Failed with -21". -21 is KErrAccessDenied. Any tips?

@hugovk Check that internet radio or any other app not running when updating. Remove via App.mgr if int.radio already installed. ^PP

@NokiaHelps I confirmed Internet Radio not installed, rebooted, confirmed nothing running. Still fails, from Nokia Suite and SW update...

@NokiaHelps Tried installing found TMP040b9.sisx (Internet radio) it says: "Unable to install protected application from untrusted supplier"

@NokiaHelps The .sisx is signed with "Nokia Online CA" certificate, but it's not listed in my phone's "Authority certificates". Should it?

@NokiaHelps I copied TMP040b9.sisx to an E7 and it installed fine there. (No "Nokia Online CA" in its Authority certificates list either.)

@NokiaHelps All that was Anna 2/2. I tried the TMP*.sisx for Maps and with Nokia Maps: got "Update error". All the others...

@NokiaHelps ...Engine, Map&Navigation, Headless M&N, Drive installed ok,but now Maps icon is missing and I have no Maps at all. What a mess!

@hugovk If Maps missing, install latest Maps from Nokia store, via SW Update or Nokia Suite. Check that correct date set in phone. ^PP

@NokiaHelps No luck. Maps update not shown in SW Update or Nokia Suite, and can't find in Store (phone or web)... Phone date is correct.

@NokiaHelps Isn't formatting the absolute last resort? Can you 100% guarantee I won't lose any of my data/apps/settings with backup/restore?

@hugovk Aslong as a backup is created using Nokia suite. Formatting is similar to reinstalling the OS and can resolve many issues. ^DS
