@asymco Doubt very much AppleTV ARPU is $10/month. Many of use-cases are "free" and most users will have payTV options. Guess ARPU c. $5.

@asymco @KeithJamesMc Airplay streaming. I use it for iPlayer and 4OD from iPad all the time and never pay for content.

@benedictevans @asymco Plus at sub $100 - it falls into the "experimental" not "investment" consumer product. Think 10m base far too high.

@asymco @benedictevans Everyone I know that has one (c. 10) uses airplay and uses iPad/iPhone for selection/discovery. UX AppleTV terrible
