@izs What finally sold me on UTF-8 is the fact that asian language are actually smaller in utf8 for html pages because of all the ascii.

@izs we have genuinely considered whether it's cheaper to fix UTC "bugs" or just teach all our customers about UTC.

@seldo @izs Been thinking about starting a conspiracy of programmers. On a predetermined date, all software switches to UTC. Permanently.
